Hi, I'm Susan the owner of the flat. I am looking for 1 more tenants for the medium double. I have a single room in the flat I use around 30 days per year when I am in London.

The Flat

Very quiet and well-maintained 3 bedroom flat in a great location. The living room is bright and spacious, perfect for relaxing on the comfy sofa and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped (including a dishwasher) and has a window overlooking the garden. Both the bathroom and kitchen have underfloor heating, and the bathroom comes with a powerful hot shower and plenty of storage. At the back, there’s a garden that gets sun daily (English weather permitting!). There is garden furniture to sit or dine as well.

The location

The flat is on a quiet, tree-lined street in Angel, Islington, just a short walk from grocery stores, great shops and restaurants. The Angel tube station is 8 minutes away on foot, with buses in every direction at the end of the street. You can reach central London in 20 minutes by tube or 30 minutes by bus. There are great walks along the canal, which is also really close by.

The current tenant

You will be sharing the flat with a lovely 39 year old female who is a life/career coach and also working in the creative industry (pursuing acting on the side). She has lived in london for 6 years and in her free time enjoys dancing, pilates & yoga. She is friendly but also enjoys keeping the space calm, clean and comfortable.
