This flat share is located in a private gated community in a residential area on Tavistock Terrace. It is within walking distance from both Archway Station and Upper Holloway Road Station, and a short bus ride away Holloway Road Station and Highbury and Islington. There are also buses running 24/7 to Camden and Central London. The area is surrounded by a handful of nice parks, coffee shops and pubs. As well as Sainsbury’s, Aldis and corner shops.

The room itself is a modern bedroom with under floor heating; a perfect bedroom that is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. It is south facing and brightly lit. We like to keep the flat clean, and we all try to do our part to keep it that way. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and other kitchen appliances and utensils. We have two fridges complete with freezer.

The people currently residing in the flat are a mix of students and professionals. As a flat we like to socialise from time to time, but we also have a respect for each other’s privacy.
