2 Double Rooms in Beautiful North London House

Hi There

I have 2 double rooms available in my lovely houseshare in Archway, North London. Unfortunately both of my housemates are moving back home due to loss of jobs due to the Covid-19 crisis.

A bit about the house: It is a spacious and modern house set within a friendly close, with a private parking space included in the rent. It is a 10 minute walk to Archway Tube station, with lots of local shops and nice pubs/cafe's. We have a garden and large living room, with plenty of storage. The bathroom on the first floor would be shared between 2 people.

You would be sharing with myself and one other new tenant (tbc). I am more than happy to consider buddy - ups and existing friends looking for a place with 2 rooms. I am looking for easy going people who are clean, and tidy and sociable! My interests include music, sport, cooking and I am partial to the odd evening in front of the T. V. with snacks and a film.

One room is available immediately and the other from the 1st July, with a little flexibility either side of this date.
