Double room in spacious & homely house in Archway

Hey there!

Sadly, our housemate is moving out at the end of November to live with her boyfriend, so we’re looking for a new housemate (preferably female) to join our friendly household. Our home is a spacious and charming 4-bedroom house in an amazing location just a 5-minute walk from Archway Station and a short stroll to beautiful Highgate Village.

🛏️ The Room

A cosy double bedroom, unfurnished, giving you the chance to make it completely your own. There’s also the option to buy the bed from our current housemate if you’d prefer a head start on furniture.

🏡 The House

Our home is spread over three floors:

Ground floor: a massive living room, a newly renovated kitchen with a dishwasher, a downstairs toilet, and a small but lovely garden.

First floor: three bedrooms (including yours!) and a shared bathroom with two others.

Top floor: one more bedroom tucked away in the attic.

We also have private parking and secure gated access at the back.
The house came unfurnished originally, but over the years we’ve built a warm, homely space together - a proper home, not just a flatshare.

Rent: £1075.50 per month

Bills: around £140 per month

Deposit: £764.43

Available from: 30th November 2025 (potentially some flexibility)

🐾 The Housemates

You’d be living with three of us (aged 30–34) plus our friendly cat boy Dusty. We’ve all been here a few years and love the balance of independent living and cosy evenings together.

Nici – a freelance photographer/creative and our cats mum. She likes being out and about be it going for walks or to visit a gallery as well as a good gig or an evening at the pub yet also loves chilled evenings cooking, gaming, or watching TV.

Charlotte – works for ITV and enjoys movies, tv and comedy and knows every celebrities name - perfect for pub quizzes. She also likes going for walks and bakes delicious cakes.

Jade – works in marketing, is always up for a pint at the local pub or a movie night in. She also loves playing pool, cooking, spending time outdoors, and wants to learn how to roller skate!

🌿 You

We’re looking for someone who’s after a home, not just a house, someone friendly, tidy, and considerate, who enjoys having a chat but also values their own space. We keep things clean and comfortable, and while we love a good social evening, this isn’t a party house - more of a chilled, welcoming vibe.
