Double room in spacious & homely house in Archway

Sadly, two of our housemate are moving out at the beginning of July to live with their boyfriends, so we’re looking for two new housemate (preferably female) to join our friendly household. Our home is a spacious and charming 4-bedroom house in an amazing location just a 5-minute walk from Archway Station and a short stroll to beautiful Highgate Village.

Rooms:

Both rooms are cosy double bedrooms, they come unfurnished, giving you the chance to make them completely your own. There’s also the option to buy the bed from our current housemates if you’d prefer a head start on furniture (tbc).

The House:

Our home is spread over three floors:

Ground floor: a massive living room including Charlotte's a projector which makes for great movie nights, a newly renovated kitchen with a dishwasher, a downstairs toilet, and a small but lovely garden.

First floor: three bedrooms (including room 1) and a shared bathroom with two others.

Top floor: one more bedroom tucked away in the attic (this one is room 2)

We also have private parking and secure gated access at the back.
The house came unfurnished originally, but over the years we’ve built a warm, homely space together.

The Practical Bits:

Rent:
Room 1: £1075 per month
Room 2: £1085 per month

Bills: around £150 per month

Deposit: £764.43

Available from: 1st July 2026 (potentially some flexibility)

The Housemates

You’d be living with three others, the two remaining house mates are Nici & Charlotte who are aged 32–35 plus our friendly cat boy Dusty - don't worry he's very friendly and Nici fully looks after him so you won't have to get involved at all. We’ve both been here a few years and truly love the house and home we've built and hope we can find someone who equally loves it as much as we do!

Nici, is a professional photographer / visual creative. She is fairly laid back, loves an evening at home, cooking, watching tv or reading a book but equally likes being out and about be it at a gig or festival, out for a walk or a day out with friends.

Charlotte, works for ITV and enjoys film/tv and theatre/comedy nights, as well as going out for nice walks/picnics and bakes delicious cakes.

You:

We’re looking for someone who’s after a home, not just a house, someone friendly, tidy, and considerate, who enjoys having a chat but also values their own space. We keep things clean and comfortable, and while we love a chat in the kitchen or hanging out in the living room, this isn’t a party house - more of a chilled, welcoming vibe.
