Two big sash windows on the outside and double glazing windows on the inside for extra insulation. Bathroom is shared with one other tenant, free communal washing machine on the ground floor.

The rent is INCLUSIVE OF BILLS AND COUNCIL TAX close to Archway station, Finsbury Park and Crouch End.

Bus 41 to Archway Station, 210 to Finsbury Park Station and 91 to Trafalgar Square are right on your door step.
13mins walk to Archway Station, 9mins walk to Crouch Hill Station and 10mins walk to Upper Holloway Station.
