Two guys aged 30 and 31 looking for another housemate for our flat in Archway, North London, to move in at the end of September, girl or boy welcome however no couples or pets.
The room available is on the top floor and is the largest in the house with plenty of storage space, unfurnished so you will need to supply your own bed and furniture - the current occupant who is moving out, however, has said she is happy to sell her bed, mattress, bookcase, dresser and clothing rail for £200.00. The rent is £616.00 pcm, plus roughly another £100.00 per month for bills. The current tenancy ends in July 2022.
The house is situated a 5-minute walk from Archway tube station on the Northern line with plenty of shops available. There are also plenty of good walks nearby (Hampstead Heath, Highgate, Alexandra Palace). Large living room and garden, and a rooftop area which is great for chilling in the summer, two bathrooms with showers.
About us – we are both currently working from home but slowly going back to the office a few days a week. We enjoy going to the pub but also enjoy having beers at home, film nights, dinner, bbqs when the weather is good, and we have a dart board in the living room!
