The room comes furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers. The shelf and desk in the pictures are from the current occupant.
Situated 5-10 minutes from Archway station, we are ideally located for the City, the West End and Hampstead Heath. Our home has a roof terrace, front and rear gardens, 3 bathrooms (1x bath, 1x shower, 1x shower over bath) and 2 kitchens (you will be using the upstairs one). We are a social bunch and whilst we all lead our own lives in varying fields, we like to hang out together. We currently have 3 women and 3 men living here.
The rent includes bills which are reviewed annually. This is with the exception of WiFi and a weekly cleaner which we split.
Move in date is 25th of July.
The plan for viewings is Tuesday 18th June from 6:30pm.
The house is old but we consider it a home, so it is kept clean and we are very respectful of one another.
