Double room in 2-bed Archway flat

Hi I'm Amy, I'm one of the current tenants. I'm looking for a new flatmate to move into this lovely two-bed flat in N19.

The flat is fully furnished. It has a spacious open kitchen/dining/living room. There is a bathroom with a bath/shower and an additional toilet. The hallway also provides more space and storage. The bedroom itself is a double room, with a desk and large inbuilt wardrobe.

The rent is £850. Bills then come to about £100 a month, so please bear this in mind. The contract is for 6 months initially from 1st February (flexible) with the option to renew in August annually.

The flat is a 5 min walk from Archway (northern line) and Upper Holloway (overground) stations, and near several bus stops that take you pretty much everywhere. Within minutes are several supermarkets, eating places, shops, pubs, parks and a leisure centre.

We try to keep the living room as a shared space for living rather than working, although understand from time to time it may be necessary. The desk in the bedroom isn't that big so if you work from home most days a week, the flat may not be what you're looking for. I currently work for LSE and usually work from home 2 days a week.

I'm looking for a flatmate of similar age and/or experience, with similar interests and who is clean and tidy. I'm social and chatty, I like exploring the local area and beyond - walks, parks, food, theatre, galleries, and always a pub quiz!!! I like most sports both playing and watching, I do also like staying in for a bit of Strictly, Bake Off, or whatever the latest binge worthy TV is. Guests are more than welcome.
