Double room with park views 3/4 mins from tube

Hi All - looking for a lovely 3rd female soul to share our beautiful home with us.

We have a double room overlooking a quiet park, yet 3/4 minute walk from the tube. The room has a built in double height wardrobe and plenty of space if you need to add a chest of drawers in the room.

Very homely flat. The kitchen has a large south facing sunny which gets the sun all day long.

A separate large lounge with another balcony which overlooks a lovley park, bathroom with bath and shower and toilet. Plus toilet with sink upstairs in the flat.

We are close to everything - shops, parks, Waterlow Park is 5 minute Walk, wonderful Hampstead Heath is a 15 minute walk. Camden is 7 mins on the tube. The bills are £120 a month for gas, electric, water, WiFi and council tax.

I work is as a web developer, part remote, part office. I love all things about London (especially when it snows), pretty much all music, to country travel, chatting, but happy for people to have their own quiet time too.

And Poppy who is a nanny, very outgoing, chatty, friendly soul.

We all share the communal chores such as taking bins out including the food bin, changing bin bags, cleaning communal areas, and if I'm away, I would be asking if one of you could water plants if I'm away for more than a week. And big on recycling which is a must fo the new person.

Someone who likes to be a proper part of the household, the occasional dinner together, not someone who is 100% bedroom dweller when home but obviously realise everyone needs their own downtime and quiet space.

We have a bath but dont really use it because of water consumption and bills. But we have a great shower.

We don't have big parties at the house, but very happy to have people round, dinners, dinner on the balcony, film nights etc. We both like our music, electronic, classical, pretty much anything - except JAZZ! ( ok, happy for it to be played on headphone :-)
