Two Floor Ensuite the Size of a One Bedroom Flat

This is the best room I have personally seen in London. It is genuinely enormous. It is a two floor ensuite that is the size of a small one bedroom flat.
The room has a row of floor to ceiling wardrobes that cover an entire wall, various cupboards, and 2 eaves that run the length of the room. So the amount of storage space available is extremely generous. The house is completely furnished. And the room is furnished with all the basics: a desk, chair, sofa, shelves, and a bed. We might also be able to provide a few other items like coffee table etc.
The house itself is also massive. It has three bathrooms, a basement, a living room, a dining area, a spacious paved garden, and you can see the size of the kitchen from the pictures. The ground floor is open-plan with high ceilings. This much living space is a rare treat in London.

The bills are £150 per person, and this covers everything. Including a cleaner who cleans the communal space once a week, or once every 2 weeks. And household essentials like cleaning supplies, washing machine liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, kitchen roll etc etc.

The current tenant is moving out on short notice due to unforseen circumstances. So we're looking for someone to move in very soon. If you're only planning to stay for a couple of months, the price is negotiable. As we'd rather fill the room in the short-term and take a small loss while searching for a long-term tenant, rather than just leaving it empty and covering the whole cost.

We're looking for some relaxed, kind, curious, and open-minded.
