This is has been home for many years. I'll be moving out and so I'm looking for people who will respect and look after from 02nd Jan for either a short term let or 12 months with a 6 month break clause.

My preference is to let to a couple, but I’m open to friends looking to share.

The flat:

The flat is extremely spacious and offers privacy with the lounge separating the two double bedrooms. It's situated in a nice quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but yet being only a 20 minute train ride away from central London.

Both bedrooms are doubles with king size beds and lots of natural light.

It's a 7 minutes walk to Archway and Highgate Station, the apartment is superbly located to explore all that London has to offer. You are a 10 minute walk from Hampstead Heath, Crouch End Broadway and Highgate Village.

House rules:

Not a party house. Quiet between 2300-0700 is essential.
Please respect neighbours and other occupants in the flats below.
Smoking outdoors only.

PETS:

No pets allowed.

About me, the owner:

I’m an amenable and approachable guy, and can be contacted by phone or email. I try to be a hands-on landlord and to sort stuff out straight away.

About You:

You will want to care for this flat as though it were your home. There is some lovely furniture in the flat that deserves love and respect. It’s not a party flat and will suit people looking for peace and quiet in the evenings and night.
