3 month sublet in Archway - 2 dbl rooms available!

Hello!

We have two double rooms available at our 6-bed house in Archway. There is a possibility to continue the tenancy after the three months as well.

Room 1 - £860/month (pictures 1 & 2)
Room 2 - £800/month (pictures 3 & 4)
The rent mentioned is excluding bills, which approximately come up to another £100 per month.

Both rooms come furnished with a double bed, cupboard and bedside table. The two new occupants will be sharing the same bathroom - all other housemates have their own bathrooms so you will only be sharing with one person.

A bit about the house -
It's a large, semi-detached two-storey house with a shared living room, kitchen, and garden. We also have two small storage spaces. The house is big enough for us all to do our own thing and it hasn't ever felt like we're stepping on each other's toes.

The house is a 7 minute walk from Archway station which is connected to the Northern Line and has regular trains to Central London. We're also a ten minute walk from Upper Holloway station which is connected to the London Overground. There are also lots of grocery stores, restaurants and cafes close to the station.
