We are looking for a new housemate who is available to move in from 1st July.
3 bedroom house share in Holloway. 5 min walk from Crouch Hill Station, 15 mins walk from Finsbury Park station & 15 min walk to Archway station. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance as well as a selection of delis and big shops.
We are looking for someone ages 25-35, who are social and enjoy going for the occasional dinner/ wine. Male or female :) we also have 4 cats
The room is £625 a month with bills on top (around £100 a month) and comes furnished (dresser, clothes rail, bed,). We have a large living space, kitchen, garden and drive way. It is a small room but the rest of the house definitely makes up for it!
