We are looking for a male professional to fill an available room
For end of may.

We have a double bedroom available for rent for a male , move in date in 28/05/2024. Rent is 570 bills not included. We all equally contribute to bills which comes to £200-£300 per month, so altogether around 870 per month .

the deposit is 616£

Located 15 minutes walk away from Archway Station and 15 minutes away from Crouch End, 17 Minutes walk away from upper Holloway overground.
There is a 24hr gym 20 minutes walk away.
Our flat is a short walk up to the top floor.
Busses 210, 41, N41,91, N91
A small corner shop, wine bar and coffee shop 1 minute walk away and Sainsbury’s, Co-op, Tesco 15 minute walk away.

We share a cosy living space, bathroom and kitchen. Bedrooms are situated upstairs.
The room includes a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chest drawers. Our flat is a short walk to the top floor.

Washer and dryer, oven, microwave and fridge and freezer provided in the house.

We are two young, friendly and bubbly working professionals who are laid back and and fun. We are respectful and considerate of communal areas. We enjoy each other’s company and frequently like to sit together, gather and explore places together. Our ideal housemate would be somebody who shares that same value and would feel comfortable to join in!

Preferably we would like to find a male housemate who is also a working professional, is respectful and tidy in communal areas. And every now and then would enjoy cooking and watching films together.
