Hi! I have a double room available in a three bed / two person occupancy clean and pleasant house in Archway that is available now but I'm flexible on move in date as just looking to find the right person. I'd love to live with someone who is friendly, chilled, takes pride in their home and is a likeminded working professional.
The house is an 8 minute walk to Archway tube and central Archway but also a similar distance to Crouch End. It is set back off two roads so is very quiet. I have lived here for 8 years and find it's a calm retreat from a long day's work or being out and about in central.
The room is at the back of the house and features a double bed, large space-saving built-in wardrobe, shelving, mirror and space to relax. The house has a large shared living room and kitchen, one bathroom and one toilet room with a sink, and an additional third/ spare room with a desk and spare bed but I'm not looking to let this room. I have a small garden that catches the sun all day and a very sweet natured cat called Ziggy who is a British short hair.
The rent is £1000 per month including all bills (you can have the heating on as much as you like!), a cleaner, wifi, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix and NowTV.
