This is a beautiful room with high ceilings and a big window, in a spacious flat with a balcony and back garden. This is a second-story flat spread across two floors. The flat has a large shared living space, kitchen and two bathrooms.

The current flatmates - Jess works in science publishing, loves baking and reading. I work for an environmental charity and love music and gaming. We like to spend time together with occasional movie nights and chatting in the kitchen and lounge, but also give each other space to do our own things. It's a very comfortable, chill house.

The room is 13m2 and furnished with a 3/4 bed and storage space. There's space for a small desk, and additional storage in the hall cupboard. The windows have secondary glazing which helps with energy efficiency and keeping the room warm in winter.

Bills usually come to around ~£150 pcm (including council tax).
