Spacious double room near Finsbury Park

Hi there, I'm an international student who will be returning home in June 2024 and I am looking for a replacement tenant. You will have the option to replace me for the final stretch of my one-year housing contract (which ends on 6 September 2024). If you want, you can arrange for a longer term (e. g. 1 year) contract afterwards. My exact return date is ideally 16 June 2024, but there is some flexibility here (you can arrange to move in later in June if that works better for you).

My room is a large double room, with a comfortable bed, a small desk, a large wardrobe, and ample storage space. You will also have access to a shared toilet, a bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony. The monthly rent does not include the gas and electricity bill (usually 20-30 pounds per month, but this goes up during winter).

The flat is close to the following locations and bus routes:

Finsbury Park Station (15-minute walk)
Crouch Hill Overground Station (2-minute walk)
W3, W7, 210 and 91 (more bus routes via Finsbury Park Interchange)

Crouch Hall Court is relatively peaceful, quiet, clean and safe. There is easy access to various cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, pubs, and entertainment venues along Stroud Green road (towards Finsbury Park and Crouch End).

The Factory Fitness and Dance Centre is close by; Archway Leisure Centre and The Castle Climbing Centre are within 20-30 minutes away on foot.
