1 couple (male & female) and 1 friend (male) current tenants.
The double room available shares a bathroom with the single occupant.
The room is unfurnished but has built in floor to ceiling wardrobes.

Communal living room/kitchen.
Lovely patio/garden terrace.

Current occupants in the house work shifts so a person who parties or likes to bring a lot of friends back unfortunately won’t work.

We all love sports, a chat in the evening or having a takeaway night but also respect each others need for privacy or a quiet evening.

Street parking is available and a permit can be purchased through the local council.
Council tax band D.
