Spacious Loft Double Bed in Archway (Split-level)

I'm looking for a female professional to replace me ASAP!
Due to changes in circumstances, I’m unfortunately leaving my large room in Archway. I’ve been living here for a year and a half and it’s a fantastic flat with lovely neighbours!

Spacious double bedroom within a split-level two-bedroom flat in a Victorian building, one shared bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom are newly refurbished as well. Other bits: dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

The room itself occupies the loft on the top floor making it feel very cosy and private. Plus you get morning sun! There's also a lot of storage space in the flat.

Viewings will be taking place throughout the week.

- Rent is £925 per month (excluding bills)
- Bills are approximately £150

A five-week deposit (£1067.30) will be required and the agency will carry out referencing.

I’ve moved out and left the room semi-furnished with a desk and bed that I wouldn’t mind selling for a low price. The current contract runs out in November and there's a big possibility for it to extend should you want to stay.

You’ll be living with Lauren, 25, who works for an environmental law firm. We've lived together for 3 years and she's really the best! The ideal person is somewhat sociable, relaxed and takes pride in looking after the flat and wants to make it a cosy lil space. Someone who works in the office most days is also preferred.

It's a great location with plenty of buses on our doorstep and we're literally right around the corner from Archway tube station (Northern line). Less than 15 minutes to Tottenham Court Road.
