Room to Rent - Archway

My flatmate and I are looking for someone to join our lease! One flatmate is moving out as she bought her own flat. We’re two young professionals (24 and 25) working in the design and communications fields. We’re looking for another girl (ideally 23 to 26, but we can be flexible) to join our cozy little household. We would love someone social who likes to have a chat and hang :)
The room is £810 pcm, with utilities (water, heat, electricity, wifi, council tax (band d)) being about ~£80-100 per month. The room is furnished with a medium sized wardrobe and a bed frame. In the morning, the room gets the morning sun. As a flat, we have one and a half bathrooms, a large living room and a kitchen with a lot of surface space. We’re a short 12 minute walk to Archway station with bus stops and overground stations even closer by. There’s a gym nearby and loads of shops and cafes, all of the amenities!
