Large, spacious and bright furnished ensuite room in a fourth-floor flat in a quiet street in Archway. The flat has a kitchen / living room / dining area, and a small balcony. All bills included.

The flat is well connected - it’s just a 10-minute walk from Archway tube, a 7-minute walk from Upper Holloway overground, and a 5-minute walk from bus stops on Holloway Road. You can also get to several supermarkets very easily: Tesco, Sainsburys, Aldi and Co-op are all within a 5-10 minute walk.

One thing to mention is that the room might not suit someone who’s looking to work from home all the time, as there’s some building work being done to the outside of the building, which creates a bit of noise during the day on weekdays. It’s still very quiet in the evenings and at weekends though. The works are due to finish in August.

You’d be sharing the flat with just one person - me! I’m 37, and a paralegal. I enjoy dancing, jogging, reading, comedy, and heading for the seaside or countryside every now and again!
