Double-bed bedroom available in 3 bed (Archway)

Hi! I'm sadly moving out and am looking for a girl in her 20s to replace me.

The flat is located 7 minutes away from Upper Holloway Overground station and 13 minutes away from Archway tube station (on foot). The neighbourhood feels very safe and always has a nice buzz to it, although the street the property is on is quiet. I cannot stress how surprised I was when I first moved there. as the area very literally has everything in close proximity. GP Surgery, cinema, cafes, restaurants, gyms, supermarkets, parks etc. The list goes on and on!

The property itself is spread over a few floors. It has a communal bathroom (with a bathtub), 3 bedrooms and a kitchen/ living room. The kitchen usually gets the afternoon/ evening sun which is beautiful now that summer's here.

This bedroom that's advertised is the largest in the property. It has two large windows that overlook the road (no-one from the road can see in). The bed frame that will remain fits a standard double mattress. The room also comes with a mirror, a bedside table, a huge built in storage space and cupboard and a large chest of draws. It's extremely breathable and spacious, meaning that you can very leisurely do yoga without worrying about knocking anything over. A note worth making is that it comes partly furnished. I currently have a double mattress (just bought it recently|) that I am willing to sell to anyone that's moving in. I will be taking my work desk and chair with me though.

Bills are not included. You will pay council tax, wifi, water, energy and gas separately.

So myself and one other girl are moving out, but Grace is staying on. She is a 25 year old working professional. She is genuinely lovely and very easy to get on with. I know she's very keen to have someone live in the flat who will want to be a friend rather than just a flatmate.
