Double bedroom in 5 bed (4 tenants 1 spare room) two-storey Victorian terraced house in Archway. Rent includes a bright, fully furnished bedroom, as well as use of the spare room as an 'office' and extra storage (nb. there is sofa bed in there which is shared between all housemates for guests.)

House has a large kitchen, bathroom with a shower bath, living room, and paved garden with a bike rack. Current housemates are 3 guys aged 26-27, who all known each other from school. Everyone is very friendly and relaxed, mostly work hybrid jobs ~half from home and half in the office, very social and we like to keep a clean house.

The house contract runs until 15th September and there will be the option to extend, but it's unlikely the other housemates will be staying so you will potentially need to find people to fill the other 3 rooms and re-sign the tenancy.

Archway has a variety of shops and restaurants and is well-served by numerous transport/bus routes (Northern Line from Archway Station, Overground from Upper Holloway and buses 43, 263, 17, 390, 134, 91 etc.) offering easy access to Central London. Lovely green spaces are also very close, with Waterlow Park less than 10 minutes away and Hampstead Heath only a 20 minute walk away, as is Highgate Village.
