Double Room in Archway

We’re looking for a new flatmate in our 4 bed house 5 mins walk from Archway station. You’ll be sharing with 3 others, 2 girls 1 boy, and we’re ideally looking for another boy aged around 24-28 to keep the balance.

You’ll have a double bedroom on the top floor of the house, which will come with the bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers (possibly a desk also). The house itself is homely and has lots of shared communal space, including living room, spare room/office, kitchen and garden/roof. You’ll share a bathroom with 2 others, and there’s another toilet downstairs.

Room is available from 1st August for £950 a month. Bills not included and come to an average of around £120 a month (including energy and water which are every 3 months, council tax band E). You’ll have to earn 2.5x the annual rent to past referencing with the agency, and the deposit is £720.

The area is great, close to the tube (Archway, Northern Line) and the overground (Upper Holloway). Close to Hampstead Heath (20 mins walk), Camden (10 mins tube, also walkable in 40mins!) and central (Tottenham Court Road in 20mins). Lots of shops nearby - Aldi, Tesco Express/Sainsburys Local, M&S and Coop. The usual coffee shops, bakeries and pubs!

Current housemates are:
Charlotte: 24, moved in last November. Currently working as an analyst, enjoys running, gym, seeing friends and going to the cinema. Loves to chat so always down for a catch up!

Tegen: 26, lived in the house since June ‘23. Currently studying and working part-time. I’m from Cornwall so love the sea & being outdoors, and the usual gym, running & pints!

Jack: 25, from Manchester and has been in the house over a year. Works in politics, keen runner and enjoys all sports!

We all get on well as a house and want someone equally as chilled out and friendly so we have keep a nice and homely environment. We’re also all respectful, clean and tidy and looking to follow a cleaning rota, so must be on board with that! We’re all fairly busy people and have our own groups of friends in London, but always down to chat. Wanting someone similar who is social but has their own stuff going on!
