2 rooms in 4-bed house, 2 mins walk from Archway

Hello!

We're looking for two new housemates to take over a one-year tenancy from 21st August.

We live in a lovely 4-bed 2-bathroom Victorian house a stone's throw from Archway or from Upper Holloway Overground. We have a garden, a kitchen/dining room and a separate living room as well.

I'm afraid you must earn over 26.4k gross per annum to rent either of these rooms - sorry!

One of our old housemates is sadly off travelling soon, and other is buying his own place.

There are two rooms going:
The first is a large room with two windows facing onto a small cul-de-sac. It has all furnishings. This room costs 925 pcm. (First 3 photos)

The second room is smaller but still has room for a double bed and a desk. You will need to buy/bring a bed for this room if you want a double: we have a single that can be put back into this room. This room costs 825 pcm. (Second 3 photos)

Bills are not included, but council tax is included. Bills don't tend to be too expensive, particularly in summer.

There's an Aldi round the corner and a Tesco/Sainsburys a minute's walk away. Hampstead Heath is 20 minutes' walk, and Waterlow park is also very close.

About us:
Alice - I'm 27, from Cumbria but moved to London this year. I work in a education charity and am in school most days during term time (but work from home during holidays).

Andrew: - I'm 25, I'm from Ireland, work as a lifeguard. Will get you free pedalo rides at Hyde Park.

We're a pretty sociable household and want someone who fits in with that. We often hang out in the evenings and go to the pub and generally have a laff. We throw a mean barbecue when good weather strikes.
