Superb Double room with Ensuite

My double room with an ensuite is becoming available as of 28th July.

The room itself is great with an ensuite, big double doors leading to a princess balcony and a nice enclave for a desk.

Rent is £1250 per month including bills and a cleaner that comes fortnightly. There is a one off council tax fee of £150.

As bills are included, the heater is used liberally during winter!

This has been my home for the past two years and the housemates are absolutely lovely. You'll be living 3 girls and 2 guys, all working professionals.

We have a huge garden, where we very occasionally have a party in the summer and a lovely living room we sometimes watch movies in.

It's a 4 minute walk to Crouch Hill Overground, a 12 min walk/5 min bus to Finsbury Park station or a 15 min/5 min bus to Archway station.

Plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. Brave Sir Robin is my fave!
