Both my flatmates are moving out so I’m looking for 2 girls to keep the flat for another year!
The flat has 3 double bedrooms, 1 modern bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area. The flat also has a small private garden and on street parking available.
Both rooms furnished with double beds and wardrobe. Rent is £980 + bills.
We have been here for a year at the end of July and love the flat and the area. It is a 12 minute walk to the tube, 15 minute walk to the overground and Aldi, M&S, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose is only a 10 min walk away! The flat is in a quiet and safe residential area with lots of cafes, and only a 15mins journey on the tube into the centre of london! Only a 20 minute walk from Hampstead Heath!
I’m 24 and have lived in London for a year now. I’m very tidy and always keen to explore and have a drink, but equally have a cosy movie night in!
