Bright double room available in Archway N19 on a quiet leafy street from 4th September (can be a bit flexible if necessary), sharing with 2 other girls. Looking for a female somewhere between ages 27-34. No couples sorry!

The room is bright and there is a cosy living area, modern kitchen and bathroom, and an incredible roof terrace that gets the sun all day ☀️ The house is 5 mins walk to Archway Station with buses to Highbury & Islington at the end of the road.

Nearby are lots of shops (Aldi, M&S, Co-op, Tesco, Sainsburys) as well as restaurants, cafes and pubs. Crouch End and Highgate village are both a 15/20 min walk away, with Waterlow Park a 10 min walk and Hampstead Heath a 25 min walk away.

Rent is £1050, plus bills. There will also be a reference check and proof of sufficient income. The contract renews in January and will probably have a slight rent increase.

Sharing with two other lovely girls in their late 20s/early 30s. Looking for a friendly and sociable gal to become friends with, who will respect the house and keep it clean and tidy. They both like to have fun and go out on the weekends but not looking for someone who will bring the party home. Most nights we hang out watching tv together but also have our own schedules and things going.
