Hello! I’m leaving my beautiful flat in September and I’m looking for someone to replace me.

This is a 3-bedroom flat with a renovated kitchen (no living room).
The room is fully furnished with a king-size bed + private bathroom + private balcony. The room is HUGE and it’s been recently renovated!
The rent is £968 + bills (approx £110). Replacing my tenancy in contract, renewal in April 2025.
Fully equipped Kitchen with washing machine + dryer machine + dishwasher.
Amazing location near Waterlow Park and Hampstead Heath 🌞 Great connection with central London.
You’ll be living with two Portuguese nurses (31 and 26 y. o). They’re very clean and tidy so expect the new girl to be the same. Definitely not a party house and please be respectful as the girls sometimes work night shifts so they sleep some hours during the day :)

Need someone to move in in September 1st but mid August is also possible!
