Hi everyone!
We are looking for someone to take over a lovely double room in our four-bedroom house.

THE FACTS
• The contract starts on the 8th September (for 1 year) but an earlier move in date may be possible.
• Monthly rent is £998 + bills (£50-60 /mo, not including council tax)
• The house is located in Islington/Archway (N19) and is super well connected by bus and tube: 1 min walk to bus stop with 2 night buses, 5 min walk to Upper Holloway Overground, 8 min walk to Archway station (Northern line Zone 2). Piccadilly line 18 min walk/short bus ride at Holloway road station.
• 10-15 minute walk from a big Aldi, Lidl and Morrisons, with small Sainsbury's/Tesco/Coop all closer.
• The house is very spacious and has three bathrooms, a large kitchen/living room, garden and a spare room/storage room
• It’s in a gated complex, with secure bike storage
• You will be sharing the house with three others, who are all scientists and a mix of professionals and postgraduate students.

We've lived together for three years and some of us have been in the house for five years. We are looking for someone who wants to join a friendly and sociable home, with semi regular takeaway nights or house barbeques, although big nights out aren't our style.
