Landlord very hands off and cooperative.

15min cycle to Dalston;

Housemates:

Currently, four sociable people (3M, 1F) aged between 27-31 (and looking for someone in a similar age bracket, give or take) working across events, the civil service, beer brewing, and sustainability. All met in this house and have become good friends since. Majority queer household; politically liberal (diversity a big plus); varied social lives (mix of relaxing at home; pub trips; nights out - both together and separately); big community feels with shared meals and house supplies; and everyone enjoys their own space and busy social lives too.
