Lovely flat in Archway

Hi,

My name is Constance and I’m looking for a new flatmate. My current flatmate is moving out the 26th of October and the new contract will start the 27th. Unfortunately dates are not negotiable.

I’m 31 YO, Frenchy living in London for 6 years and been 4 years in the flat.

It’s a 2 bedroom flat with a big living room and a big kitchen. We share the bathroom. We also have a balcony.
I have lots of green plants in the living room, it make it very cozy.

The flat is part furnished. The landlord gave us beds, cupboards, one sofa and a coffee table. All the rest of the furniture in the flat is mine.
My current roommate gets her furniture back. In your room there will be the bed with the mattress, a wardrobe, a dresser and a bedside table . There is also a small dressing room in the wall.

The flat is in Archway, 4 minutes walking distance from the tube station, grocery shops, post office, etc…

I’m looking for someone very clean and respectful. The cleanliness of the flat is very important to me, and I need the cleaning done every week. I’m looking for someone who really wants to share an flat and not just rent a room.

I’m very chill and sociable. I’m going to the gym in the morning and love outdoor activities.
I am a headhunter for a company based in the City and work 2 days a week at home.

I like sharing time with my flatmate and why not becoming friendlier.

The price of the flat is £975 per persons per month + bills (around 150 per person per month).
It’s a 1 year contract with both name in it, renewable with the agency.
