Large double near Archway and Crouch Hill

Who?
I work in post-production, Lydia works as a researcher in tech for good. We both work from home most days during the week.

We’re looking for someone sociable and tidy to share the house with. It’s quiet here, sometimes there are gatherings like board-games and BBQs but mostly chill evenings in or out and about at the weekends.

What?
We’ve a lounge; for hanging-out or movies on a projector, currently with Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ on it.
There’s a kitchen with a washer-dryer which leads onto the back-yard where we have BBQs and evening chats. The house is clean and recently renovated, the room is large with a desk and chair, double bed, 6 large drawers and a big wardrobe.

Where?
We’re a 10 minute walk from Archway’s Northern line and Crouch Hill’s overground, with an Aldi, M&S, Sainsbury’s and Tesco’s near the tube station.

The leafy parkland walk that leads to Finsbury park is just a few minutes from the house and Hampstead Heath just a couple of overground stops away from Crouch Hill overground. Great restaurants, bars and cinemas are in Crouch End over the hill and Alexandra Palace is an easy bus ride up beyond that. It’s quiet at night, the neighbours are nice and there’s a Chinese take-away across the road and a Londis, a pub and coffee-shop just a couple of mins away.
