Large double room with balcony to rent

Hello!
I am moving out of this amazing flat to live with my boyfriend (eeek) so I am looking for someone to take my room from the end of October however this can be flexible so if you are interested please do still drop me a message!

About the flat! 🏠

You would living with my good friend Jonny. We both work quite long hours so having a clean and relaxed space is important for us and this flat is perfect for that.

Jonny is really into his fitness and works for a well known online cycling app. He works 5 days in the office (including some weekends) and is often visiting his girlfriend out of town so this flat would really suit someone that also is happy to do their own thing with the occasional pint on the weekend.

The kitchen and living room is very large and open plan with a small Juliette balcony. It comes fully furnished with a large tv and sky.

The bathroom is also very spacious and recently had some of the fixtures updated.

The room is fully furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe, drawers, shelving and a balcony with outside furniture. The sun comes in every morning through the balcony which is so relaxing and there is a table with two seats for you to enjoy coffee in the sun!

Bills include Sky TV, internet, council tax etc and we are only a 12 min walk to the tube. The building runs on electricity only which means the bills are cheaper (£60 a month for elec) and the building runs warmer which has meant we have barely touched the heating.

The location is great, slap bang in the middle of Stroud Green, Crouch End, Hornsey and Holloway Road so you have so much on your doorstep!

The tenancy is up for renewal in July 2025 so this would initially be a 9 month contract but that can also be discussed with the agents.
