- Rent: £1,000 pcm excluding bills (which come to around £150-£200 pcm depending on the season).

The Flat:
- A modern, stylish space with a newly refurbished kitchen (all-new appliances!) featuring a breakfast bar – perfect for casual mornings.
- A large, comfy living room with a beautiful bay window, ideal for chilling out or having friends over.
- There’s also a hallway/dining area for meals.

About Me:
I’m 24, born and raised in London, and I work in real estate. I’m in the office most days and out with friends a few evenings, but when I’m home, I love cooking, travelling, and discovering new places to eat and drink. I’m looking for a flatmate with a similar schedule who’s happy to hang out from time to time, but I also value my own space – so a good balance is key.
