Lodger wanted for Mon-Fri let

Hi there,

I am looking to take in a lodger in my cozy flat near Archway for a Mon-Fri let. ideal for someone who works in London but is away over the weekends.

The room is a bright double room, fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, and a bedside table. The area is a good mix of quiet and everything you need with local shops, pharmacy, GP, takeaways, pubs,... all in walking distance
Bills are included apart from energy.

The ideal lodger will be respectful, quiet and clean. I'm vegetarian, so the room would be suitable for a vegetarian lodger or someone who does not want to bring meat or fish into the flat.

It's essential that you're an animal lover. I adopted some time ago a budgie - so there's a little bird in the flat, who's absolutely adorable :)

I consider short lets under 3 months for a higher rate depending on length of stay.
