We're looking urgently for a new flatmate starting from 1st of November. It is a Double Room in Archway 5-10min away from the station. It's a three stories 4 bedrooms house with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen/living Room, a bicycle' s room and a backyard. It is a urgent situation as we got to sign the new tenancy in a week so looking for someone who can get the commitment ASAP!
You will be sharing the house with me (Liud), Didac, and Harley.
We are easygoing guys with age going between 24 to 28. We hang about time to time yet everyone is dialled in with their life therefore we are in respect of everyone time and space.
We are looking for somebody between 21-36, with that same mindset that would care about the place we all share.
The rent s a great deal as it would come for only 747£ with bills going from 100-150 per month. Open for viewing in person or by videocall Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd.
