Description
We are about to sign the lease on a lovely flat in Archway for October 12th but someone pulled out so we are looking to replace them ASAP. Ideally we would like to have some confirmed by the end of the 25th of Sep!
The flat:
The largest room, labelled reception room on the floor plan, is the one available. The room labelled study will be the (small) livingroom.
We agreed to split the rent based on room size as follows:
£760 smallest
£875 2nd smallest
£900 2nd largest
£965 largest
Bills pcm:
£150 for hot water and heating
£150 approx for council tax
Also Water usage, gas jobs usage, electricity bill, wifi
all to be split equally amongst us 4

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a friendly flatmate rather than just a co-habitant. We are keen to do things together as a flat, whether that be night in or out or simply chatting. Someone who is happy to socialise and also contribute to keeping the flat clean! We do enjoy our own time also and will of course respect your privacy. Someone close to our ages and possibly with similar interests would be ideal!
About us:
We're Ben (me, 25), Elsa (23) and Marta (24) and we like to think we are friendly and easy to get along with.
Ben
I am a Scottish Physics Grad with experience in various education roles and possibly looking to work in industry. I love games (board and video), socialising and sports (badminton mostly but keen to try others!)
Marta
Italian young professional working in a sustainable fashion company. I like exploring the city and new places, and watching movies/tv shows. Unfortunately I'm not very good at cooking😬 but I love to share a meal and eat together
Elsa
French student just completed a Master's in clinical drug development. Hobbies include: sports, the outside, baking, exploring London
