Two double en-suite rooms, 5 min from Archway!

(This is a repost from my other flatmate's ad - I'm one of the current flatmates! :))

Two rooms in a four bed shared flat have become available in Archway! One individual per room, but would work for 2x friends!

Rooms: Each room is fitted with a double bed and standing wardrobe. Both rooms also are en-suite, with a waterfall shower, loo and sink. Water pressure is fab! Additional furniture will also be available. The entire flat was newly refurbished in the last 2 years!

The rooms are located next to each other on the 2nd floor, with a communal kitchen on the 1st floor. There is also some space on the ground floor for storage.

Location: The flat is a 5 min walk from Archway (Northern line) and 10 min walk from Upper Holloway (overground). Bus stops are all 5 min max away, with good connections into central London. Lots of shops in the area - Aldi, M&S, Sainsbury’s, organic and Asian food stores, and many charity shops to visit! Archway Tavern is also close by, and Hampstead Heath (and the farmer's market) is less than 30 min walk away ☆

Flatmates: Alex (25, they/them) works at a university in a mix of WFH and office days. Tim (30, he/him) works in events and has irregular hours. Big interest in music - performing or going to gigs! We both like home to be a calm space - so no loud parties, but always up for kitchen hangouts :)

Move-in details: The earliest move in will be October 20th, but the leaving flatmates can be flexible until November 20th. Rent is £948 pcm, and bills have been £150pp max. Deposit and references will be required. Professionals only.
