Great Double room 7 minutes walk to Archway tube

The room is a double room with all furniture included except my clothing rack. There are 2 bathrooms right next to the room. The kitchen is shared with 4 others. The area is amazing and I will miss it very much - you have all the shops you need: M&S, Sainsbury's, Coop, Tescos etc short walking distance, many nice food places around and pubs as well. There is Archway tube station (Northern line) that takes you to central in 20 minutes, which is a short walk from the flat. There is also Upper Holloway overground station about 10 minute walk, and a bus stop right outside the flat.

I will be doing viewings on Monday 7.10.
I need someone who would take it straight away. Will need 900 deposit (as that is the deposit I have paid) to secure the room. Will need references etc. which you will have to provide to the landlord.

Prefer professionals to move in.
