Sun Trap in Archway

We have a sun trap room available in Archway, 2 minutes walking from the station. A great double room within a 2 bed flat with a shared bathroom and living room.

The room is a great size double with internal storage, the sun pours in which makes the room very homely. My flat mate is moving in with her partner and means the room is available on 18th November, we don't have flexibility on this. The bedroom comes unfurnished but the living room is furnished.

You'll be sharing with me, a designer, 32, I work between my studio and the house. On the weekends I'm out and about hiking/climbing/vino or recouping. It's a queer friendly house and I'm open minded to whoever you are ☺️ it would suit someone who also works away from the flat and someone who is open minded.

The contract for the year will be renewing so you'll need to pass the referencing checks with the estate agents. Happy to provide details. The rent is £925 and bills on top come roughly to £140, Inc energy, electric, WiFi, council tax.

Other things, we are only 20 minutes walk to Hampstead Heath, an absolute dream in summer and for those autumnal walks. There is Parliament Hill lido if you're into swimming. Archway is great for the northern line which serves a lot of helpful places in London. There are many restaurants along junction road and town the road in Tufnell Park.
