Sizeable double bedroom available in a gorgeous 2-bed flat with a garden and patio, and garden 'studio'.

5 mins walk from Archway tube station, 10 mins from Upper Holloway overground, located in the residential streets of Whitehall Park in the 'Shakespeare roads'. Walkable to Archway, Highgate, Crouch End, Stroud Green, Hollloway Road

I own the flat and will be travelling 29 Nov - 28 Feb so the room is available throughout that period.

It will be furnished with king-sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shoe closet, desk and chair, bedside tables. I will remove all of my personal belongings.

I live with one of my best friends Daisy who would be your flatmate. She is a 30-year-old young professional who works hybrid (remotely/office) and is extremely friendly, conscientious and tidy. She is the ideal housemate. We love to explore North London - walks, pubs, lidos etc.

The place is ideal for a late-20s - early 30s young professional who is also tidy, conscientious, used to living independently and sharing space, and of course friendly!

The communal spaces in the flat are cosy but limited in storage space so is well suited to someone that doesn't require too much storage space and is only bringing personal belongings (i. e. no furniture).

The garden is free for you to use, and has outdoor seating, we also have a garden office with a heater which you can also use. There is a desk in bedroom to use for working remotely.

Bills will be included as I will continue to pay these while traveling.
