Spacious and light flat in Archway

Hello! I’m looking for someone to join me in a lovely 2 bed flat. Sadly my flatmate is leaving and I’m looking to replace her.
The bedroom is very large with a king sized bed
1x fully equipped kitchen (incl, washing machine, but no dishwasher)
1x bathroom
1x toilet
1x shared living room
Big windows creating a light and airy feeling

Fully furnished so you don’t need to bring anything for the shared spaces but feel free to bring anything you like.

Walking distance to Archway station and Crouch Hill station also well connected to buses. Lots of shops and pubs nearby and surrounded by lovely green spaces including the parkland walk, Waterlow park and Hampstead Heath.

You will be sharing with me who works in education management. I WFH three times a week so ideally someone who is mostly at work. I’m laid back but tidy and clean, and expect housemates to show the same respect by keep the shared places clean.

Please no party people (been there, done that!) and looking for someone who considers their home a sanctuary!
