Cosy affordable room in Archway (sublet)

I am going back home for three months and would like a clean, friendly, responsible person to take over my lovely room while I'm gone. This flat is in a great neighbourhood, with a convenience store next door, nice bakeries and winebars at the end of the street and only a 10 minute walk to Archway station.
You will be sharing the flat with a jazz composer and someone working in the fashion industry. The vibe is friendly, clean and respectful - so I will be looking for someone who meets all of these requirements.
This room is incredibly affordable, only £510 per month - bills are not included (they are often around £100 p/m in winter but can fluctuate). Move out date would be 6 February.

Rent will need to be paid in-full upon move in (excl bills which will be paid monthly) and we will require a one month safety deposit that you will get back when you leave :)
