Double room to rent in 3 bed flat in Archway

Looking for a new flatmate to take a double room in our three-bedroom flat from January.

Our flat is within a converted church in the Archway area and is close to Highgate and Holloway Road.

The location is great for transport on the Northern Line and is a short walk to amenities including Hampstead Heath, Aldi, M&S, pubs and restaurants etc.

I have lived in the flat for three and a half years and the area has everything you need from London. My friend will also be moving into the flat from January as my two current flatmates are moving out.

We are two male professionals from Scotland in our mid-20s and both very friendly/sociable and will keep the place nice and tidy.

The lease will run from the start of January until the start of July next year.
