Cosy affordable double room Archway -

Hi all,

I will be moving out of the flat shortly and we are looking from someone to fill my space in this well connected double room in Archway, Islington. It’s on the main road next to Archway station so about two minutes walk from the northern line and loads of bus services too.

I might not have done the room justice with the pictures but there’s a fair bit you can do with it and the space. The room comes with the bed, wardrobe and mirror but I’m happy to chat about leaving the desk, chair and side tables if that’s helpful.

Property also benefits from a cosy shared living room, a bath and decent sized kitchen. In the summer, the flat has a quasi-balcony which is probably best described as a sun trap.

You’ll be sharing the property with Kaly, Davide and Fabio. Bills are not included but will naturally be a bit variable.

Happy to welcome anyone for viewings but please note the agency will have some requirements to get you on the tenancy. Usually they require bank statements, guarantors etc. I will be moving on the 26 November but the next rent cycle starts 1 December so looking to have someone in by then.
