Me and my flatmate have really enjoyed living here for the past year but unfortunately he will need to move for family reasons soon, so I am looking for a new housemate.

We are super well located, 7min walking to Archway tube station, 5 min to Upper Holloway station, 10min to Tuffnel Park station and 10/15min to Hampstead Heath and Highgate.
It's also really easy to get to Central London, taking the Northern line (e. g. 20min to Tottenham Court Road, 10-15min to Camden Town).
