I’m looking for a friendly, tidy, and easy-going flatmate to move into a bright and spacious double room in my lovely 2-bed flat in Archway. Here are the key details:

Sadly I am leaving and moving out of the uk but had an amazing stay .

About the Room:
- Fully furnished with a double bed and built-in wardrobe offering plenty of storage.
- Freshly decorated as part of a full refurbishment in 2023 – everything feels brand new!
- Rent: £1,000 pcm excluding bills (which come to around £150-£200 pcm depending on the season).

The Flat:
- A modern, stylish space with a newly refurbished kitchen (all-new appliances!) featuring a breakfast bar – perfect for casual mornings.
- A large, comfy living room with a beautiful bay window, ideal for chilling out or having friends over.
- There’s also a hallway/dining area for meals.
- We also have a shared garden, perfect for relaxing outside when the weather’s nice.
- Nearest tube stations: Archway (7-minute walk) or Upper Holloway Overground (2-minute walk).

About the housemate -
A 24, born and raised in London, works in real estate. In the office most days and out with friends a few evenings, but when home, loves cooking, travelling, and discovering new places to eat and drink. Looking for a flatmate with a similar schedule who’s happy to hang out from time to time, but I also value my own space – so a good balance is key.

Move- around mid December but flexible.
