Gas and electric are in addition to the above costs which is managed by the agent and the cost is split equally four ways with the flatmates (usually costs between £15-30 pcm depending on usage and is higher in the winter months)

A refundable deposit of £800 (5 weeks' rent) will be required.

A holding deposit of £160 (1 week's rent) is required to start the referencing process with the agent, this is deducted from the first month's rent.
