Short term let - Double room in Archway

SHORT TERM LET - FROM JAN 12

I’m off traveling for the next few months, so I am looking for someone to sublet my room and take care of the flat while I’m away.

This is a cozy and bright double room, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood. The flat is spread across two floors and features two shared bathrooms, one on each level. While there isn't a designated living room, there is a communal kitchen area. The room is situated on the second floor and does not include a desk, but a separate office space is available on the first floor if you want to work from home.

The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Archway Station, offering excellent transport links to the rest of London. For nature lovers, the flat is only minutes away from Waterlow Park and a short stroll to Hampstead Heath, providing plenty of green spaces to explore.

You’ll be sharing the flat with two lovely housemates in their mid-30s, both professionals working in architecture and healthcare. They’re friendly, respectful, and keep the flat welcoming and tidy.

The room will be available starting January 12, with a flexible rental period of up to three months.
